Knowledge sharing resources

Staff working in inter-professional teams have a wealth of knowledge and expertise to draw on when trying to work out how to deal with difficult situations (like how to support people with complex needs). Unfortunately, as our stories have shown, accessing and sharing this knowledge is not always easy. During this project we developed and tested a set of questions to help overcome some of the difficulties teams face when trying to share knowledge. These questions are based on previous research and on our observations of knowledge sharing in community health and social care teams.
